Up for purchase is one RISO Ink + Print Gocco BLUE Stamp ink for Cloth Screen printer Used 0.40mL.  I doubt this was used at all as it seems full but I cant be sure.  Ink is still fresh ready for use.  Paint was stored inside climate controlled home.  There is some paint from another tube on it and drawer wear.  Please see pics for details.
