Instructions

Unfold a Fresh Step liner onto the bottom of the litter box and fold the edges of the liner over the sides of the litter box.
Step 2
Fill litter box liner with 3-4 inches of Fresh Step litter.
Step 3
To change the liner, simply pull drawstrings on both sides of the bag and secure contents in the liner by tying drawstrings together.
